Dan Rankin Memorial 5K

The Dan Rankin Memorial 5K Run/Walk is held in memory of Dan Rankin, who was tragically hit and killed by an impaired driver on January 24, 2024, while out on a run training for a Spartan 50K race. Dan was married to his high school sweetheart, and together they shared four beautiful children. He lived a full life, loved deeply, and had no regrets. Dan was an entrepreneur at heart and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He believed in hard work, perseverance, and giving back to others. This event is a way for us to honor Dan’s life and keep his memory alive while bringing our community together. All proceeds from the Dan Rankin Memorial 5K Run/Walk will benefit the Delaware Wrestling Alliance. Run. Walk. Remember. Honoring His Life. Building Future Champions. 🖤💛
